Who We Are...

Faith Christian Church opened it's doors in 1965 with over 50 faithful members as a church plant from the First Christian Church here in Omaha.  We are so excited to have celebrated our 50th Anniversary!

It was these 50 members that helped establish Faith as the "friendly church on the hill", as the city of Omaha grew around us.

50 years later, we are still the "friendly church on the hill", but have a contemporary vision and a renewed passion for serving God through our ministries!  We hear God's call to reach and serve all generations, and we are dedicated to providing everyone an opportunity to discover and service Christ at Faith.  We are intentional about our ministries impacting the lives of others throughout our local community, nationally as well as around the world. Our primary goal is to provide a HOME for any individual and family that seeks to find shelter from the hardships of this world in Jesus Christ!

Core Beliefs

We believe that Jesus is the Messiah, our Lord and Savior.

We are committed to living, teaching, and serving in His Name.

We believe in reaching out for enthusiastic witness and fellowship in Christ

through service, scripture, and spirituality.

We celebrate the ordinances of Baptism and Communion.

We believe in the person, work, and ministry of the Holy Spirit.

We choose to abide in Christ and understand that all things are possible through Him.

We join together to share our witness of Christ with everyone through a

church community based upon scripture.
