Senior Minister

Reverend Douglas Pfeiffer

Rev. Doug Pfeiffer is a native of Illinois and a grandson of a minister.  He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies, and with honors from Brite Divinity School at Texas Christian University with a Master of Divinity degree. Doug previously served churches in Melbourne, Florida, Kansas City, Missouri, and Altoona, Iowa. He has also served as Chaplain at Culver-Stockton College in Canton, Missouri.

Doug has been pastor at Faith Christian Church since the summer of 2001. He serves presently on the regional personnel committee and as President of the Campus Ministry Board at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Doug is married to Debbie and they have a 13-year-old son, Zach. They enjoy two dogs and a cat, as well as hiking, biking, camping, site-seeing, reading books, and watching movies (not necessarily in that order--all the time!)

Carole has been a member of Faith Christian Church since 1976 and employed as Administrative Assistant since August 1997. She is married with three grown children, and seven grandchildren.
