DISCIPLESHIP
|
The
Discipleship team at Faith is charged with nurturing the
spiritual growth of members through study, small group
fellowship, and service. The team includes a group of
volunteers who have been called to share their spiritual
gifts in order to build the body of Christ.
Faith's
vision - to build the body of Christ, create unity of
faith, increase knowledge of God, and share the living
Christ - forms our foundation for growth opportunities.
Congregation members are encouraged to engage in
Seven Spiritual Practices including daily prayer,
daily Bible reading, tithing, weekly worship, weekly
service to the church, weekly service in mission to
others, and weekly participation in a small group for
spiritual growth.
Learning opportunities for children include religious
education as well as the gradual assumption of the
Seven Spiritual Practices as they develop their
Christian maturity.

Our
Sunday School classes provide a weekly opportunity for
Sunday worshippers of all ages to receive Bible
